Every once in a while I browse through Quay's website to see all their new styles and dream about buying them all and wearing a different pair everyday. But when I came across these they blocked everything else out like a solar eclipse (am I a poet or...) I wanted them SO bad (nope not a poet) but I was afraid they wouldn't look good because they're so different and I never ended up buying them.  Then my best friend actually gave them to me for Christmas (I never even mentioned them to her! Talk about best friend telepathy) and needless to say, I am more in love than I was when I was just ogling them online.  They're just so COOL.  I mean, they look like they were carved out of a gorgeous carrera marble counter top in one of those beautiful all white kitchens you see on Instagram.  And oh, don't have a mirror to check out that pretty face of yours? Hold on, use my sunglasses.

They're special and don't exactly go with everything (at least not for me) and I'm not one to wear lots of statement, I need some balance.  So for this outfit, I wore them with some simple neutrals.  This sweater so soft and warm and the zipper detail in the back really got me. I love small little details like that.

I can't wait to wear these sunnies in the summer...I'm picturing them with an all white outfit and tan skin... just yes.
